No longer connects

This app worked once or twice for me and then I upgraded VLC. Now it no longer connects on either my iPhone nor iPad.

I tried the setup helper as well as configuring VLCs lua myself and it still wont work.

I know that its not my computer/VLC since other VLC remotes and wifi-mice work just fine to control it.

I hope the developers can get this working again bc I liked the interface when it was able to connect.
